Here at Women in Psychedelics Network, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 2021, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Non-Profit Organization upon: support, empowerment, and progress. Learn more about our mission, our vision, and how we go about making the changes we want to see. The Women in Psychedelics Network (WIP) was established to provide women from all career paths (medical, business and legal) a platform to empower and support progress in the psychedelics industry. Our members wants to feel confident and connected. They want to have opportunities to create partnerships, feel comfortable asking for resources, and get the support they need to make their desired impact in the space.
Both business and medicine are male-dominated industries. Women in these industries can feel like the minority in the room and as though they are not as highly valued in the industry conversation. We need more women’s voices, presence, and expertise in the psychedelic space to create a more equitable and successful future.
When new members join the WIP Network they will be a part of a group of aligned
professionals who believe in the same potential and solutions in the industry. They will participate in opportunities for educational events, career development, partnership and funding, and mentorship.
Our members will achieve success as they develop their confidence and grow
opportunities for women in the psychedelic industry. They will have easier access to the support they need from the network of aligned professionals, and as the network grows the community will build more interest in psychedelics and attract more women to the industry itself.
